How do I add a new vehicle to inventory?

To add a new vehicle to your inventory, navigate to the Inventory page and click the "Add New Vehicle" button. Fill in the required details such as make, model, year, price, mileage, color, and status. Click "Save" to add the vehicle to your inventory.

How can I record a sale?

To record a sale, go to the Sales page and click "Record New Sale". Select the customer and vehicle from the dropdown menus, enter the sale details including date, price, payment method, salesperson, and commission. The system will automatically update the vehicle status to "Sold".

How do I schedule a service appointment?

To schedule a service appointment, navigate to the Services page and click "Schedule Service". Select the customer and vehicle, choose the service type, date, time, technician, and estimated cost. You can also add notes for the service team.

How can I generate sales reports?

Sales reports can be generated from the Reports page. Use the date filters to select a time period, and the system will automatically generate sales statistics, charts, and top-performing salespeople. You can also print these reports for meetings or records.

How do I update customer information?

To update customer information, go to the Customers page, find the customer you want to edit, and click the edit icon. Update the necessary information and click "Save" to apply the changes.
